Welcome to FaresEdge. Our customers are valuable to us and they have always remained our top priority. We make our best efforts to make their browsing experience and transactions safe and secure when purchasing travel products and services from us by using our website. At the outset we want to make it abundantly clear that FaresEdge acts as an independent online travel company solely for the purpose of arranging the travel services for the customers named in their itinerary or otherwise for procuring products and services from third party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, consolidators, tour operators, car rental companies, vacation packages and travel insurance providers.

FaresEdge assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any personal injury, accident, delay, irregularity, inconvenience or other loss or occurrence beyond our control which may be caused by reason of any act or omission on the part of any of the suppliers. We shall be in no way be responsible or liable any injury, loss, damage, claim or any special, incidental, indirect, direct, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, arising out of or in any way concerned or connected with the customers travel, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

FaresEdge also want to state that it shall not be liable and take any responsibility for any kind of personal injury, loss or damage to property, delay, accident, irregularity or inconvenience caused by reasons beyond our exclusive control including but not limited to a cancellation or delay which causes you to miss all or any portion of the travel process, acts of God, weather extremes, disaster, riots, strikes, terrorist acts, war or acts of government. We also want to inform the customers that we don't have any special knowledge about the financial condition of the suppliers, health hazards, unsafe conditions, climate extremes or weather hazards at locations that they might be or are traveling to, and therefore we will not be liable for these as well.

FaresEdge welcomes all of you once again and requests the customers and users to visit our website more often and purchase travel products and services through us. We also request to kindly go through the Terms & Conditions provided here in and keep an eye on the updates, if any. We may make changes or additions to the Terms & Conditions whenever so required and reserve the right to do so at any time. The use of FaresEdge website for the purpose of purchasing travel products and services is governed by the Terms & Conditions stated herein. We understand that when you visit our website you also agree to the Terms & Conditions listed herein. The use of our website can be avoided or you may refrain from doing so if you don't agree with all or any part of these Terms & Conditions. All amendments and changes take effect automatically whenever these Terms & Conditions are updated. When using our website after new changes, amendments or updates we are given to understand that you accept these and agree to the changes in Terms & Conditions, if any.

General Rules & Regulations

(1.) FaresEdge provides travel coordination by procuring travel products and services from third party suppliers such as flight tickets, hotel rooms reservations, vacation packages, car rentals, and travel insurance, and selling it to customers through its website, but doesn't guarantee the services or products to be provided by any such supplier nor guarantee the financial condition of any supplier or the reimbursement to customers caused from any loss experienced from the poor financial condition of any supplier.
(2.) If a supplier fails prior to providing the service to the customers for which they have already made a payment, the entire responsibility for refund shall be exclusively with the defaulting supplier, and not on FaresEdge unless such was caused by it.
(3.) The customers are free to pursue any action they deem fit on their own will for seeking refund from any supplier in the event of a default prior to providing services, as permitted by statute or law. FaresEdge shall not be responsible for the actions of such suppliers for failure to provide travel services beyond its own control or those of its staff, except as stated in these Terms & Conditions.
(4.) FaresEdge shall not be responsible for price fluctuations, changes in flight schedule or accommodations for any travel service occurring subsequent to payment of such service. All fares listed in our website are subject to availability. Fares are subject to change without notice. Prices are only guaranteed if booked and purchased on the same day.
(5.) FaresEdge shall not be liable or responsible for any act, nonperformance, damage, loss, omission, irregularity, delay, accident, injury, error, or any consequence of these occurring through default, failure, neglect, or other act or unreliability of any supplier of travel products.
(6.) FaresEdge doesn't endorse any products or services advertised on our website by third party advertisers. We may provide links to other websites, but this doesn’t necessarily mean that we are endorsing these third party websites. The links that the customers may use will be solely at their own risk.

Bookings, Payments & Ticket Delivery

The users and customers agree that they agree and take full financial responsibility for making use of FaresEdge website for purchasing travel products and services. The customers guarantee that the information supplied by them or on their behalf after authorization when using our website is true and accurate. The users and customers are of 18 years of age or older and legally authorized for entering into this agreement and for using our website in accordance with these Terms & Conditions stated herein. Please adhere to the following rules regarding bookings and ticket delivery.

  • The customers are fully responsible for any bookings made on their behalf by persons under their exclusive control.
  • The customers are allowed to make only legitimate reservations on our website. We do not allow any fraudulent bookings.
  • The reservation will be complete only when finally ticketed after full payment is made to us.
  • The payment can be made to us either through a credit card or debit card. We will verify the billing address and credit card details provided to us by the customers with the credit/debit card company for ensuring that the transaction being made is accurate and that the debit or charge will be accepted. The fare is subject to change at any time until this information is verified.
  • The cost of flight tickets and other fees may appear as separate charges on your credit card statement.
  • Most credit cards issued in the USA are accepted by FaresEdge. Payments can be made through Mastercard or Visa debit cards as well, but on the condition that there are sufficient funds to complete the purchase. We however don't accept third party credit cards.
  • The policies regarding credit card acceptance may vary by airline and type of fare, or on several other factors.
  • The customer after authorizing the final payment through his/her credit card on purchase of travel product or service through our website agrees not to dispute any charges to his/her credit card.
  • If a dispute or chargeback has been placed by the customer on a valid purchase, the customer agrees to pay any or all fees incurred by FaresEdge owing to the chargeback/credit card dispute including, but not limited to chargeback fees, airline chargeback processing fees, and any other legal fees.
  • If the E-tickets or other product or services purchased by the customer on our website hasn't been received within 24 hours then it's the responsibility of the customer to contact FaresEdge customer care center for the same.
  • FaresEdge will not be responsible for the decline of any transaction made through a credit card or debit card when the same is declined by the issuing credit or debit card company or any other travel provider, or when the debit or credit card billing address and/or credit card verification number is not able to be verified in a timely manner.
  • A penalty may be involved for refunds after the issuance of ticket, and it the ticket is refundable.
  • FaresEdge does not have any control over the price printed on the air ticket.
  • The printed price on the ticket may or may not reflect the actual price collected for the ticket by us because we deal with many different types of fares including, but not limited to bulk fares, consolidated fares and published fares.
  • The service fees quoted by FaresEdge at the time of original booking of the tickets are confidential and built into the fare.
  • Most of the airline tickets sold by us are essentially E-tickets. After the ticketing process is complete upon full and final payment to us, we usually send the ticket confirmation via email on the customer's email address registered with us. The customers may take a printout of the E-ticket on their own for future reference and use. We may however send a paper ticket on special request as well through a courier delivery company.
  • The provisions of the Warsaw convention's may be applicable to your entire trip, including any portion entirely within the country of origin or destination, if the customer’s itinerary has an ultimate destination or stop in a country other than the country of departure. The Warsaw Convention governs and may limit the liability of certain airlines for death of or personal injury to passengers and/or loss of or damage to baggage.

Change, Cancellation & Refund

All of our tickets and service fees are 100% non-refundable. Any and all changes made to the itinerary are restricted and subject to airline fare rules. We don't allow any name or date changes with most of our flight tickets, hotels, vacation packages or car rentals after the booking has been completed upon final payment to us. FaresEdge doesn't guarantee or will be responsible for any reservations or bookings made or confirmed to the customers after the change in the original itinerary by the supplier upon customer's request. Cancellations may be allowed by the airline in certain cases for which a credit towards a future ticket purchase may be valid by the same traveler on the same airline, which will have to be used within a specific expiration date or else it will be rendered useless. There might be additional restrictions attached to the credit which the customer needs to discuss it with one of our customer service agents.

After the cancellation has been approved by the airline/supplier the customer should immediately directly contact by calling our customer care center for cancellation prior to the scheduled departure time of the flight. Please consider the following regarding our policies related to change, cancellation and refund.

  • We doesn't guarantee any cancellation. It depends solely on the airlines, and on a case by case basis.
  • The customers will have to pay fare difference (if any), applicable airline penalties, and any applicable FaresEdge post-ticketing fees when making a new booking using their airline credit.
  • The changes, cancellations and refunds are governed by each airline's fare rules, policies and procedures. We are completely dependent on the suppliers for these. The approval and waiver has to come from the suppliers after which only we will be able to proceed further as they are strictly beyond our control.
  • If your itinerary includes flights operated by more than one airline then the customers will be required to review the Terms & Conditions of each of the airline involved in the itinerary, which may have their own restrictions, rules and fees.
  • If one of these flights involved in the itinerary is cancelled or rescheduled by an airline forcing a customer to make changes to the other flight then any fees or ticket cost incurred for making changes to the unaffected flight will have to be borne by the customer. In such cases, the airline may charge its own fees for changes, refunds, or if exchanges are requested. The customer will be solely responsible for adhering to the Terms & Conditions of each airline, which may however differ.
  • Most of our flight tickets, hotel room reservation, prepaid car rentals, vacation packages and service fees are non- refundable after 24 hours of booking.
  • Trip protection insurance can be refunded within 10 days of purchase on the condition that the travel still hasn't commenced and our customer service center has been contacted beforehand for cancellation.
  • We accept all the cancellation requests over the phone only, and strictly not through email or web chat.
  • Refund requests will be accepted by us only when the customer has applied for a cancellation and refund with us in accordance with the airline fare rules, or if the customer's status is not a No Show's, or only when such has been approved by the suppliers and we secure waivers from them.
  • If a refund request has been made to us based on our advice, even then we cannot guarantee this refund, and in case if the refund is granted then we cannot guarantee the timeline for the refund process.
  • The fare can change between the time of ordering the ticket online with us and the actual ticket issuance. If the fare increases we will immediately contact you with your options to see whether you still want to book the tickets at the new fare or cancel the ticket order. If the fare decreases then there’s no option whatsoever to revert back the fare difference from the airline. Sometimes it has also been seen that a reservation can get cancelled between the time of ordering the ticket online and its actual issuance. In this case we will be contacting you with your options.
  • Full payment is required for the ticket confirmation and its subsequent delivery through registered email. For changes or cancellation of a confirmed ticket penalties are involved both by us as well as the airline.
  • There will be no refund or reimbursement for no show or any voluntary giving up of any portion of travel and/or accommodation.
  • No refund will be provided on departure date and/or after the journey has commenced.

These Terms & conditions stated herein are severable. If however any provision is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions. FaresEdge reserve the right in its sole discretion, and without liability, for terminating the users and customers access to all or part of the website, with or without notice for any reason or no reason whatsoever.
